I believe that the recruitment industry is a simple one, if you understand risk. Often, the implication of risk and where it sits in the recruitment process is overlooked, resulting in unsatisfactory outcomes. I believe that, in taking a more proactive role in the selection process, the overall risk is shared and ultimately reduced through objective controls and informed decision making.
I seek a tripartheid win when doing business: For my clients, my candidates and myself. This means that everyone gets the best possible solution, there is a lot of flexibility in how the service is ultimately delivered and the fee is the by-product of a job well done, rather than my single overriding aim."
